Kathy has 22 years of progressive leadership experience in the private and public sectors of the healthcare industry and has led the development and implementation of award-winning models of care that reduce alternate levels of care days and improve timely transitions. She is passionate about improving the patient and family experience, developing cross-sector coalitions for the intention of innovation and integration, and striving to deliver services sustainably for current and future generations.

She works with OHT partners to design, test, and evaluate new ideas and also hopes to support OHT-wide capacity building in performance measurement and evaluation. Joanna completed her PhD in Aging, Health, and Well-being at the University of Waterloo.

Additionally, Reham helps co-design new models of care to adapt to the evolving needs of our attributed population.
Amna Baig

abaig@burlingtonoht.caAmna Baig is a passionate mental health advocate. She has completed her Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Toronto. For the last six years, she has worked with a diverse clientele, including youth, people of all socioeconomic backgrounds, BIPOC and individuals experiencing mental and/or physical disabilities. Her work has always been around understanding and improving individuals’ lives by focusing on the systems that influence their mental and physical health.
