Primary care is critical to achieving health system transformation, and Burlington’s physicians are a key partner in planning and designing our community health system through the Burlington Ontario Health Team (BOHT).

The Burlington Community Physician Council (BCPC) is a forum to share and collaborate on issues important to Burlington community doctors and their staff.  The BCPC is your space to bring forward priorities that matter most to you and your practice.

The BCPC ensures Burlington physicians are consulted and have an equal voice in critical BOHT health system design work.
