Burlington Ontario Health Team Expands Free Tablet Loan Program to Increase Access to Mental Health & Addiction Supports
The Burlington Ontario Health Team (OHT) today announced the expansion of a free program to help community members with an identified mental health or addiction concern access virtual educational resources and supports.
Since 2019, the PACE Hub in Burlington has provided health, wellness & social services to older adults in affordable housing to support independent living. We are proud to offer this program in partnership with Halton Region Community Housing.

The Burlington Health Navigator app is the first of its kind province-wide that an OHT has created that offers a single access point to a wide variety of community providers.
