Kathy Peters, BSc.Bio., BSc.OT., MBA

Executive Director

Kathy has 22 years of progressive leadership experience in the private and public sectors of the healthcare industry and has led the development and implementation of award-winning models of care that reduce alternate levels of care days and improve timely transitions. She is passionate about improving the patient and family experience, developing cross-sector coalitions for the intention of innovation and integration, and striving to deliver services sustainably for current and future generations.

Dr. Goel is a Burlington born Primary Care Physician and Advocate, passionate about improving the quality and equity of healthcare in our community.

Abhi

Abhi Regmi, MBA, PMP

Manager, Digital Health, Information Management & Projects

Abhi is a PMP certified professional with over 15 years of experience in Business Analysis, Change and Project Management across industries in different parts of the world. Digital Health Transformation is her current area of focus.

Nicole

Nicole Conner, MPA

Born and raised in Vancouver, Nicole has been thrilled to call Burlington her home for the past nine years. A leader in health care policy and administration, Nicole has served in senior roles across the health system including with Ministry of Health, Local Health Integration Network (LHIN), and as a member of the leadership team at Joseph Brant Hospital. Nicole holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Queen’s University with a specialization in health care policy and program evaluation, and Bachelor of Arts (Hon.) from the University of British Columbia.

Reham Abdelhalim, MD, PhD, CPHQ

At BOHT, Reham assesses the experiences of providers, clients and their caregivers to make sure that the services the BOHT provides is tailored to their needs and expectations. Additionally, Reham helps co-design new models of care to adapt to the evolving needs of our attributed population.

Maija

Maija McKibbon, MSc(OT), MHSc(MHA)

Manager, Primary Care

Maija has dedicated over ten years to the primary care sector. Her journey within primary care started as a primary care therapist in Northern Ontario where she worked with partner organizations to develop and deliver services to many under-served areas in the region. This eventually led her to practice in Hamilton/Burlington area. Upon completing her MHSc in Health Administration, Maija continued her commitment to primary care through leadership with the Burlington OHT, striving to make a positive and sustainable impact on the patients and providers who make up its community.
